Mike Williams
Mike Williams is a practicing attorney and has resided in the Jacksonville, Fla. area since 1995. He lives with his wife and three small children in Atlantic Beach. He received his law degree from the Thomas Cooley Law School, Lansing, Mich., with an honors, and holds a master’s degree in taxation from the University of Florida. Curtis Hazel
Curtis Hazel is a Jacksonville, Fla. native and has been in the commercial insurance business since graduating college. He is involved in a number of community service and volunteer activities, and had the distinct honor of serving as a member of Mayor John Peyton’s Transition Team in 2003. He currently serves on the boards for University of North Florida Athletic Department, Jacksonville School for Children with Autism, Take Stock in Children Leadership Council, and River Garden Foundation. Russ Dixon is a specialist in marketing in the third-party logistics industry and has resided in the Jacksonville, Fla. area all his adult life.

Kim Hurse
Kim Hurse is the director of radiology for a major medical facility in Jacksonville, Fla. She is a certified American Healthcare Radiology Administrator and holds a BS degree in public health from Point Park University in Pittsburgh. She also serves as an advisory board member for the Florida State College and Keiser College radiology programs. She relocated from Pittsburgh in 2000 and now resides in Orange Park with her husband and four children. They are active members of First Baptist Church of Orange Park.
